Schaeffer Mfg.'s Sulfurized Cutting Oil is a dark, active sulfur base metalworking fluid that is recommended for use on ferrous metals only.

Sulfurized Cutting Oil is blended from a combination of high viscosity index paraffin base oils and lard oil. Incorporated into this blend is a sulfurized additive package.

This sulfurized additive package provides this metalworking fluid with exceptional extreme pressure qualities. These extreme pressure qualities give it the ability to increase the cutting speeds, feel and depth of cut.

It also provides for longer tool life and increased machine tool output that reduces unit costs and ensures maximum production per machine.

Schaeffer Mfg.'s Sulfurized Cutting Oil is a heavy duty fluid recommended for difficult machining operations such as threading and tapping at high speeds, broaching, and working with alloy steels that are difficult to machine.
