Jim started working on a farm at a young age. FFA awarded him the Utah State Agribusinessman of the year in 1981. Jim has worked in the Ag related industry for over 30 years. Since 2004, he has been working as a sales rep for Schaeffer Manufacturing Company. He's been a top 25 producer since 2013 and a consistent million dollar producer since 2014. Jim works exclusively for Schaeffer Manufacturing; he does not represent any other lines.

Jim has been a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE) since 2008. In 2010 he received the accredited designation of Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) from STLE. As a tribologist, Jim has the ability to analyze lubrication, friction, wear, and how they all relate to each other.
