Alan "Al" Honermann began his sales career with Schaeffer Manufacturing in 1978. He grew up on a dairy farm in southwest Minnesota. He worked on the family farm and also did farm work for local farmers. He received a Master Barber certification and worked as a Master Barber for 13 years. He then earned an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology and worked in that field for 7 years.
Alan is now proud to be a part of Schaeffer, celebrating 176 years as the oldest oil manufacturing company in America since 1839. He focuses on customer service and confidently supplies his customers with over 350 premium quality products that provide performance, reliability and economy as well as prompt reliable customer service to customers.
Alan and his wife Dianne are parents of three children and have five grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his wife, family, grand kids and friends. His hobbies are traveling, fishing, hunting & woodworking.

He is a Schaeffer Certified Ag Specialist for Schaeffer Crop Enhancement products. He attends lubrication seminars and an annual convention each year. He has been a member of the 100% club for 27 years and awarded a TIAP(Total Immersion Application Program) certificate on lubricants
He is a member and past president of the Men's Club at his local parish church, a 47 year lifetime member and past Grand Knight of the Knight's of Columbus and a 4th Degree member, past member of the city council in Skyline and a retired firefighter of 37 years on the local fire department.
