John started with Schaeffer Manufacturing in the spring of 2012 as a junior in college. He graduated the following year with a degree in chemistry from the University of Montana. Since graduating Schaeffer has put him through multiple training programs including FAST (Fuel Additive Sales Training) and Schaeffer's crop enhancement program.
