Nick Drake is a lubrication specialist with Schaeffer Manufacturing Company, bringing together formal education and hands-on agricultural experience. Raised near Rosalia, Washington, in the Palouse region, he developed a strong work ethic through years of farm work.

He studied Criminal Justice at Washington State University, where he built a foundation in attention to detail, problem-solving, and professional integrity. Prior to entering the lubrication industry, Nick gained extensive experience operating heavy equipment and cranes, giving him a practical, mechanic’s perspective on equipment performance, maintenance, and longevity.

Today, he helps customers understand how Schaeffer’s oils and additives can improve efficiency, extend equipment life, and reduce overall operating costs. Outside of work, Nick enjoys jet boating, skiing, fishing, and exploring the Northwest with his family—interests that help him connect with and serve the operators he works with in the field.
